The company’s Quality Policy and Objectives are anchored on Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) certified by BSI since 2018. The Quality Management System has been used as a tool to support continual improvement to meet and exceed customers’ needs and expectations.
Stringent quality control procedures and processes ensure minimum defects in our products, which meet stringent international standards. To attain the quality objectives, SCAW has installed state-of-the-art quality control laboratory equipment such as:
•Optical Emission Spectrometer Metal Analyzer
•Brinell and Rockwell testing machines
•Metallurgical Microscope
•400 kN Universal Testing Machine (tensile testing & bend testing)
•Dye Penetrant and Magnetic Particle Inspection non-destructive test methods, etc.

We uphold our commitment to enhance all our internal and external customers’ businesses by preventing defects and delivery failures, as well as investigating all customer complaints expeditiously and implementing timely remedial measures.
