Senior Management

Employee engagement with the whole management is a priority and there are a number of communication channels in place to help employees develop and share their knowledge of the business. These channels include regular communication meetings of the management committee, technical committee, health & safety and environmental protection committee, departmental meetings, as well as meetings between management and the unions. Minutes of meetings are widely circulated so that there is information flow up and down the company’s hierarchy.
