We remain focused on bringing local talent into SCAW Limited: we run a graduate recruitment and internship programme and have developed strong relationships with Universities and Colleges throughout the Copperbelt such as the Copperbelt University and Northern Technical College. As a direct result of our interactions we have welcomed several graduates into the Scaw Management Cadre Programme as well as supported undergraduates on short internships each year.
